30-Day Return Policy
Customers can return all new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus actual shipping costs we incurred). Naturally, if the return is the error from us, we’ll pay the shipping costs. If your return request is due to product defect or damage, we will work with you. When the product is not compatible with your ballast, we will provide full refund and a prepaid return shipping label. We stand behind our products.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in unused, in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not disassemble or modify the products in any way). Customized items cannot be returned.
